Cilantro Lime Rice Recipe

We typically use a rice cooker, but you can use this same recipe on the stove.

1. I use jasmine rice, with the 4 cup serving.

2. Mix the rice and water together, then add a little bit of olive oil, 1 cup of lime juice and about 5-6 sprigs of cilantro.

3. Once it’s done, remove from heat, add a little more lime juice to taste, then add salt (we use sea salt) again, just to taste.

I think the trick is to add as much lime juice and salt as deemed appropriate. Those are the two main ingredients.

I know this isn’t the healthiest, but I’m totally obsessed with this rice and could eat it every day.
